In 2016 I remember leaving my full-time job and starting my Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Change.

Though I knew I wanted to be consulting CEO’s on leadership and EQ, I also knew I didn’t want to work for anyone else. I wanted to be my own boss.

While my family was out shopping on black friday, I found myself laying on my grandma’s couch watching my first ever business webinar where I would purchase my first ever online business course.

It didn’t take long before I found myself owning a consulting business and helping business owners with their mindset, strategy, and economic output in their business. I became an “all-star” student after investing money in my first business coach, and was introduced to the world of Masterminds.

I hosted my first ever mastermind in June of 2017.

Though I knew I wanted to be consulting CEO’s on leadership and EQ, I also knew I didn’t want to work for anyone else. I wanted to be my own boss. I hosted my first ever mastermind in June of 2017.

That mastermind was magic. But my online 1:1 and group consultations were taking me away from what I really wanted to do.

While I was closing clients left and right, and making just short of 6 figures every month, I was incredibly unhappy.  And it got really old, really fast.

Until one day I was out with a friend for lunch and she asked one of the most significant questions that caused great reflection- “Brooke, what do you want?” 

“I want to do the REAL work I've always been drawn to do- I want to create the best Mastermind rooms in the world."

Because on the side of all the 1:1 online and group consulting I was doing- I was also:

Speaking.
Hosting.
And attending all of these Masterminds.

It was up to 100 at this point.

Upon investigation, there were not a lot of rooms that were being curated for AFTER SUCCESS to help people in transition, new impact, new level of contribution

A Room where High achievers are:

  • ​Tired of travel.
  • ​And trying to figure out their next step.
  • ​All while navigating massive transition.
  • ​With no tribe to do it with.

And that is where “the Last Mastermind” was created.
The Last Mastermind is the ultimate expression of my life’s work as the Mastermind Maker.

To hold space for those who have held space for everyone else.

I am grateful to say that I am becoming everything I can to further the vision that Napoleon Hill saw when he described what happens in TRUE MASTERMINDS,

It is to this purpose and end that I have been called.
